I went to all the dealers in the city and all of them won't import a 550i! They all said there was little demand for a V8 mid-size luxury sedan. I guess that is the reason why I don't see any 550is, E500s, A6 4.2s or S/XF-Type V8s in this country. Most luxury cars here are driven by Chauffeurs. Most of the 320ds or C200s that I see are not driven by the owner! The good news is even if I settle for a 530i I get a top of the line 5er. The 530i and 530d are the 2 models on top of the 5-series range here in Manila.
