Fellas, The deal is at around US invoice a good deal on a 545 anytime of the year. Maybe it's the dealers last 04 545 but to get it 3 or 4 grand below INVOICE you gotta do Euro Delivery! 
Maximum25 have the car checked for any paintwork especially if it's an earlier build month like January 2004.
Onetime i saw a wrecked 2004 330i with it's window sticker still on in front of a dealer's own body shop (not naming names) .Needless to say they tried to sell it later as brand new!

Will do, i'll check the build date again tomorrow but im almost 100% sure it's August. The prices on all the 2004's were extremely low - I think it was primarily just to get all the 04's out of the showroom. They had 3 (5 series), 2 (3 series), a 760LI, 2 (X3's) an M3 and 2 (Z4's) from what I saw on the showroom floor. Plus I got about $1,000 off for being a returning customer between the price of the car and what they gave me for my 1999 323 trade-in. Purchasing 2 BMW's by 25 I guess got there attention
