Just checking to see if BMW NA is monitoring the biggest complaint ever to hit any auto forum

Overall on build quality I would take a BMW over a Merc every time. Mercedes are not what the used to be. I could go on.......
My wife then went and replaced it with an A class

A couple of car washes (not just wax) when the seals get wet they and then dry - they are susceptible.
When can we get an E60 Forum member that is an attorney when we need one!!
I'm sure that this is an easy win for a class settlement lawsuit! (BMW NA) - are you monitoring now?
Its a no brainer - maybe our e60 forum member could even make money off it and help all of us to get new seals!!!!
