After sales for bmw (and anything else to be honest) in the UK is PANTS. not only is it expensive, it's no where near worth the money ...

Ok I used that trick today.
My Service warning thing for my rear pads was YELLOW in colour before I did anything.
It now says -15000 miles which I guess is correct, however the warning is now RED ??? did I do something wrong ?
