Glad your ok. That looks like some hit. Was he driving a truck?
If you have a good insurance company and can speak to the repairer i think it could be a write off.
Anyway only metal, as long as you are ok. Leaves you shaken though dont it.

It is possible that his insurance company will sue him to pay back all the money they had to pay to the other party. But that is not so easy for an insurance company ... they will have to proof he was drunk .... and intoxicated is not enough as proof. So even if he was intoxicated, that does not really proof he was drunk (read: unable to drive a car). I know this is not logical ... but hey ... that's typically belgium.
At least it is a good thing that pmmeke doesn't have to care if the drunk driver can pay the costs ... he will be payed by the drunk guy his insurance company.
