drunk driver crashed my car. He did not stop coming from a side street on the main road. He wanted to continiue his road because there was another street on the other side of the main road and did not c there was a main road. He just thought i can continue to drive without stopping.

Oh man! This is serious, but i'm glad you're ok. The pictures show carnage for the bimmer, but it's good you got out unharmed. Hope now you sort out the repair/refund. Keep us posted pls!
