Crankshaft pulley holding tool

Crankshaft pulley holding tool
Hi ,
I really hope someone can help, my car has been up on jacks for 3 weeks and it should be a simple fix,
The crankshaft pulley on my E60, 530d p/n 11238511371 has burnt out and I need to replace it.
I have cleared space around it, and removed the belts but need to hold the pulley whilst I undo the 4 Torx bolts.
Can someone tell me what tool and where I can get one ?
I dint have impact gun and there appear to be lots of holding tools on the web at silly prices.
Please help.
