Well- I only picked up my LCI 2 weeks ago, registered last sept, 5k on the clock. I did point out to the salesman that the slight corosion was bugging me but he insisted it was normal. The rest of the car is immaculate and was an Ex-BMW Management car.

Everyone who looks at the car comments on it!! So it can' be right!

Is it? And is it covered under warranty for repair? I will go back to the service department next week and ask them, but I wanted to know if anyone else has had the same thing!!!!

PS - I would hav thought that they were all steel (posibly stainless), especially the big clips...
