Posters are correct - DO NOT dump in sewers etc.
However, I hear from some hospitals that antifreeze-coolant, served on the rocks, makes for a refreshing summer beverage

Municipal waste management (trash) operations generally have (free) collection locations for used oil/coolant. Alternatively, comprehensive auto service centers (probably NOT a straight up gas station) frequently accept/collect auto fluids as to the major auto-parts stores (Autozone, etc).

i heard that straight antifreeze does taste very good and manufacturers have to mix in an ingredient that gives it a bitter taste so people won't try to enjoy a refreshing drink, but then die shortly there after.

i know i'm going to rattle a few hornet's nests, but a mechanic friend of mine told me i can just dump my old radiator coolant down the sewer because with the new coolant it is environmentally friendly (unlike the old poisonous stuff). i also read on another thread how bmw coolant is environmentally friendly.
ok so what do you guys think about dumping "environmentally friendly" coolant and washing it down with a water hose?

If it is so environmentally safe, offer him a nice tall glass of the stuff. 99% sure he will decline.

Lucky for me there was a Firestone right across the street and they took the antifreeze no problem.
