+1.
Although I dont get 27+ mpg on the HWY (heavy foot, I guess), I do think the car is the perfect blend of performance, style, sophistication and handling.
I dont know of any common issues. My only advice is that I think sport package is a must have...

To answer the OP question on avg. MPG. I get around 16 to 22MPG. But my city driving is typical of a smaller med. size city. Lots of stop and go lights, most roads are 35 MPH and a light at every other intersection. So you rarely get to cruise at 35 MPH or 40 MPH for any distance more then a few blocks. So anytime your stopped your MPG go down. So I'm not a good indication of what many will get.
Personally overall I find the V8 gets excellent real world gas mileage with out losing HP. I found not many six's on the market get better gas mileage then the 545 on the avg.. The ones that due we are talking only like 1 to 3 MPG difference in most cases.

You must not beable to set the cruise and go like 75 MPH. I've honestly never got below high 26.X on the HWY. I'm not going 80+ or anything. In WI the interstate is 65MPH so I usually cruise at around 75 MPH and always land at 28 to 29 MPG. Even spirted driving down the high way with no cruise control I don't see much of a drop off. Usually still in the 27's.

I've seen that S2000 in your signature around somewhere but can put my finger on where exactly. Thought it looked kind of cool with the black hardtop. Anyway, I also see (via craigslist) you've stopping thinking about selling and decided to sell... haha Did you decide on a Jeep or Pilot yet? Good luck with your sale!
A couple of things came up within the past week that might change my plans. I may end up relocating to OC a lot sooner than I was planning so i'm sort of in this limbo state until I figure it out. I won't need a Jeep or a Pilot if I move to So Cal. At that point it'll be between which car to sell and which one to bring to So Cal.. So far i'm leaning towards bringing the s2k and selling the 5
Either way, one has to go. I'm trying to lighten my load now so that if things change, I can move more easily.
