Connected Drive Track Name Lookup

My Ride: May 2009 BMW 535d M-Sport Touring in Carbon Black.
How do I enable this? The feature seems to be enabled in the BMW Services page but when I put in a CD (into the changer) it doesn't show the track names. Any ideas?
