Get it replaced, it looks like there's a problem w/ your headlight seals.
I had condensation on the eyebrow area. The whole housing was replaced. If it gets condensation easily, I thiink there is a seal problem. I've never have condensation in the headlight area. As for the side mark lights, seal problem . . . replace them.

common flaw on all bmw's
I own/have owned 4 different 5-series (e34, e39 and e61) and they ALL had/have the same problem, even my brandnew MY 06 e61.
also ALL bmw's of people I know (quite a few..) experience the same problem.
learn to live with it.

depends, a friend with a MY05 525i , had the seals missing althogether, and besides condensation, he had some insects inside the lights. So the dealer replaced the entire housing , and he no longer has any problems with condensation

Every BMW I have ever had the lights have misted up and yes it is because they are vented.

End of the story:
Went to the dealer today. They took the car for a car-wash, and of course, a slight condensation appeared.... Well, as my dealeer said: Condensation within the headlights, or along eyebrows is TOTALLY abnormal.
Both headlights will be replaced next week under warranty (apparently, the problem was known for the eyebrows but not for both headlights at the same time: inquiry by BMW under way apparently): so check your headlights after a storm !!!

Great news, once again a prove of the E60.net working...

I have the same problem and even up to the front side leds.

The mist simply cannot do good for the reflectors!

Did anyone else get in touch with their dealer about this. I find it hard to believe they will replace it as almost everyone has this problem.

copella: Did the problem go away?
