Hi,
I'm curious if comfort seats are a must have option for the 545?? I rank the following in order of my preference. Since I'm not a big audiofile, I list Logic 7 down the list and know this is a high priority to others.? The first five are must haves, but not sure about the comfort seats.? Any help is much appreciated.
1.? SPORTS PACKAGE!!!!!!!!!!!
2.? Prem
3.? NAV/HUD
4.? CW
5.? Sat Radio
6.? Split Fold
7.? Logic 7
8.? Comfort Seats

If you are getting the sport package, MUST get the confort seats. If no sport, the standard seats are ok. But do not get the sport seats, they are horrible, I am so sorry I did not get the comfort seats, I can not stand the sport seats, they have to be the worst seats ever, like sitting on a wood bench.
They are so bad that I am considering trading the car for a new one with standard or comfort seats. I have no other choice.
I wonder how much for labor to remove the sport seat and install a standard one, maybe someone out there is willing to trade their standard seats for my sports, otherwise I will just get a new car.

Love this car but looking to switch things up to keep things fresh. 2nd AMG in a row, but toying with coming back into the BMW fold!
The comfort seats are a must have item. They are well worth the extra money.
BTW, the split folding are a must have as well. I guarantee you will use them more than you realize.
Best of Luck!

I thought Sports seats were enough, but after test driving a 545i with Comfort seats, I was amazed. No back pain after a long drive, and the adjustments are
endless. Became No.1 option for me.
Would have regreted it if I had not opted for them - for sure.

I have the sport seats. Last month I drove with a friend that has the comfort seats. I didn't realize that the bolsters can be memory programmed to your liking. They "relax" before you exit the car to make it easier....then they tighten up when you get in and drive.....pretty cool stuff. I regret not getting them but I do lots of short trips and almost never a long one...so I'll survive...no aches or pains with my sport seats yet.

Thanks everybody.
Geez, I guess one should get every damn option!!! LOL
I drove the 545 for the first time today with the sports seats. I struggled alittle to get comfortable and thought the seat alittle narrow for me. I got confused with a memory setting and never got the seat low enough during the drive. But, my mind was totally preoccuppied with the driving the car so I'll have to sample the comfort seats soon.
I guess my next question will be "Is sat radio a must have?" LOL
