+1 for the last known seat position setting via iDrive, but if you turn that on...everytime you use the mirror autofold function the passenger side mirror will move

I have my last known seat position (or whatever it's called) disabled so the seat never moves from the position I left it in and the mirror never moves after unfolding...

Yeah. "Bolsters in" creates a few more wrinkles near the top...

I turned off the seat position thing. it gives you the option to have the seats adjusted when "door opened", "unlocked", or "disabled". for some reason disabling it does not affect the side bolsters. i guess it is possible to get in the car in a hurry and mess up the bolster when it is in if you hit it hard enough from the outside. maybe it is a precaution to have them come out automatically

It makes a decent difference when looking at them in person. I have seen people do a lot of ugly shit to their cars on this forum that people come in and say "oh nice" because they dont want to hurt peoples feelings and you want to give me shit about the seat bolsters

Yes I do. I really really do (not really).

I'll try it tomorrow on mine, see how it looks in person. I have no doubt you'll be right, it's hard to see it on those pics though.

haha. alright. well the biggest difference is, sit in the car, lean over and adjust the pass side all the way in and look at it. i personally think it looks good as hell all the way in

Here's a suggestion. Set your memory-1 position to how you like to have it when you're driving (whether they're IN or OUT). Then set memory-2 position so that they're all the way in. You could use M-2 to set it for the coolest look while you're not in the car.
