I changed the intake air filter yesterday and the rough idle is gone. But occasionally I do get a little shake when idle but not much compare to it used to be. Since I has moved my car to the garage to work every night, I don't have cold start misfire anymore :/. Maybe it's too warm inside. I try to check injector rate using inpa but error SYS-0008 JOB NOT FOUND keep popping up. Is it because of the cheap cable or faulty software? ( Inpa 5.0.2 half english) I want to reset adaptation molecule and managed to find adaptation deletion in inpa but I'm not sure what to delete. :/

The problem is with your fuel injectors. You have the old part number ending in 261. These injectors are known to fail and cause rough idle on cold start. A new part was released earlier this year (I think ending in 071, check realoem.com).

After I swap spark plugs and coils to check again. It misfire cylinder 1,2 and 3. I get tired and put new plugs in all 3. It still misfire 1,2 and 3. I believe it's bank 1. Are all three of my injectors need to be replaced? :/

I doubt you have the old injectors because there was a recall on them for service and if you have the car in for this service they would have replaced these injectors to the newer ones. Mine were verified a couple years ago. I'm not so sure I would just keep throwing parts at this until you know exactly what the problem is. Injectors have to be programmed to the car or position that it is in. It's not just a simple task to remove and replace it. It sounds like you have inpa so I believe this software can do this if you know how. I recall seeing a DIY on the forum a while back.

My injector part # is 13537585261. I read the DIY post and it states that 13537585261 is the new injector that replace the recall ones. When my car is on service, the advisor can't find any recall beside the battery cable. I heard that they have a newer ones came out this year thou. The DIY is easy, it's just that I don't see any thread about 13537585261 that fail.

The 261 injectors also had problems and BMW released a newer injector this past feb, #13538616079. If you replaced the plugs and coils your injectors are probably the issue. Long cranks and rough idle on cold starts are usually due to leaking injectors. If you have the 261's then you probably need new ones. I had all 6 of my 261 injectors replaced in feb and so far the car runs like a champ, no misfires at high boost and the car pulls like a freight train.

Thanks for your information. Since it's new, can I just replace one individual or 1 bank?

What year is your car? I know on my 08 535 the injectors were checked but I don't recall for sure if any were replaced. I didn't receive a notice, it was just when I was in there having service and it was back when the car was still under warranty. Perhaps recall was too strong of a word and campaign may fit better. I also don't know that if your car was never in for service during this time frame would you have known. They did not send anything out to us that I am aware of, just if you were in there they got checked. I sent you a PM.

I decided to order new injectors from getBMWparts.com. But before deciding to buy 3 or 6, can anyone tell me how to read this filter rough idle?

Actually the sign of leaking injectors is Long cranks and rough idle on HOT starts, due to the overrich mixture. An overrich mixture due to leaky injectors actually helps cold starts. If there is a problem with the injectors, it isn't leaky injectors.
