to my understanding you would go back to get the alignment after you drive it for a couple hours. hopefully they were including that in the 6.5; if not ill drive to cali or shop around

yeah thats correct, your suppose to drive atleast a week to let it settle before alignment, well thats what i did.

Just so you know 6.5 hours is the rate charged not the time required to do the work,,,,

Ahh common man! We can do it for you, Eric just wants to see the kit to know what he's getting into before he gives you an accurate quote. Bring it by when you come in for your battery!

It took me 8 hours to do mine. I did them myself but it was my first time and I didn't have any air-tools or anything. I'd think an experienced shop could do it in less time than 6.5 hours. Probably more like 5 hours?

If I had to do it again (without air-tools), I'd say I could do it in about 5 hours.

I did it myself too. Let me just say, if you don't have a friend nearby, or plenty beer in arms reach, it is NOT that fun. lol. 8 hours and a bunch of scrapes later...
