O.k. Guys, today I got my car back. My clutch was shut. flywheel was undamaged. Just drove the car for few miles and the clutch feels soft than it was before. Engagement somewhere in the middle. I replaced the unlock valve also but after driving it back home did not notice a bid deference in first and second gears as others have described here. probably need to get used to it. Here is the list of parts just in case if someone encounters clutch problem. once the transmission is out I decided to replace other parts as I am going to keep this car for few years and do not want to pay same money just for labor again

21207546375 clutch kit, Includes pressure plate, clutch disk and bearing $340.51
11147512101 main shaft seal $72.46
11147504376 end cover $45.18
22316773825 transmission mounts $ 15.36 each you need two
26117546425 Universal flex disk $116
21526775924 clutch slave cylinder $61.32
83220406941 transmission fluid 5 liter container $157.20 only took 2 1/2 liters
26127521856 drive shaft center mount $ 60
parts total $930, labor $1150
Total cost around $2100
I think it is good idea to get all the parts your own and bring it to the shop that way you know that they putting original parts and not making money on the Parts also.
Now I have question for experienced manual drivers. I start driving from the second gear most of the time and leave out first. and sometimes move from second to sixth when traffic is moving slow. Is this normal or this will damage my clutch again, Is it ok to leave out some gears when not accelerating hard?

Oh and for those people who hesitate to change transmission and differential so called "lifetime" oil after seeing my old transmission oil I say definitely do it . It was like a black coffee.
I still like to hear your opinion about leaving out some gear when driving manual will hurt clutch or wear out other parts. Or I have to go through all the gears anyway. I doing it to save little bit of gas when traffic's moving slow.
Thx

I wouldn't skip 1st gear. starting in 2nd will force you to slip the clutch more causing excessive wear. as far as skipping other gears, i'll usually skip 1 gear depending on traffic. i.e. 2nd to 4th or 3rd to 6th. whatever the situation dictates.

As long as you're not excessively slipping the clutch, you'll be fine.
I put 96k on my last car (from brand new) starting in 2nd all the time. Clutch is still good.
I skip gears all the time too. Perfectly fine.

thanks for all the information !

two questions :

what was the condition of your drive shaft center mount , along with the two transmission mounts , were they cracked or broken?
are these parts and prices for oem or aftermarket parts?

thanks again!

All Parts and prices are OEM. the parts condition you mentioned where OK but as I am going to keep my car for a while I thought they will get bad sooner or later an I decided to replace them once everything is out.
