clutch
Hi Folks,
Ok i am always knocking the stealers but i thought i would give them some credit today. Put my car in for a new clutch and they told me the flywheel was knackered. So a ?440 job went up to an ?1065 job. Got the old flywheel off them and my guy confirmed it was wrecked. Was in for 2 days got a brand new courtesy car 1 series (yuk). And they didnt charge me for that. They did however tell me my manifold was leaking and i would need to change it. When i cracked up and told them we changed it 3 weeks ago they phoned back to say that it was a misunderstanding and when the mechanic seen the smoke marks he just assumed it was broke!
They done a good job on the clutch (THAT WAS HARD).
Still dont trust em!
