Sick of Climate turning on itself when I start car. Have to turn it off every time. Is there any way of making it default to off ?

`friad not, mine defaults to auto, might be worth asking at the dealer though, theres quite a lot that can be changed if the tech guys are willing to try

i would like to know this, too.. sometimes it's anoying when it starts blowing like crazy and you have to turn it off everytime you start

On mine if I put the ac in manual mode and shut the car off....next time I crank the car it's still in manual mode. Same thing in auto mode, or if I just have the vent on
