Clear fluid leak

I have what appears to be a clear fluid leak. I've noticed on several occasions a clear fluid on my garage floor. At first I thought it was just AC condensation but on further inspection I touched it and it feels oily. Has anyone else had this problem? I have noticed this probably 3 times over the last year, so whatever it is its inconsistent. Any ideas what this is?

How much fluid? Does it evaporate? Does it smell like anything?
Here are the possibilities:
1. Engine Oil
2. Power Steering Fluid
3. Coolant
4. Brake/Clutch Fluid
5. Trans Fluid
6. Differential Oil
7. A/C Condensation
1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 are not clear.
