Does anyone know the name of the report or printout that shows which CIP version your car has? I asked my SA to print out something that showed which version I have and not surprisingly, she did not know how to do it.

here is the scan from the work order when I was upgraded to 15.0 as part of a recall. You can see it plainly on the work order, but I guess every dealer has different computer systems that print out different info on the work orders.

Now I understand! As far as I know the only way to tell is to hook up the car to their computer to get that info. I know they read some information from the key, maybe they can get it from there, but I have no way of knowing that. Would be a good idea given how important software is to this car.
