I think I got the update last week by BMW Niederlassung in Munich. Since I have problems with the CD changer, the radio is not picking the signal and the courtesy lights are not switching off as it seams that the rear window is open even if not. I am taking the car to the service in Italy tomorrow and they will try to fix it. Let's see the OEM 19.2 was so damned good with no failures.

SITUATION
Customer may complain of the following:
(New) The following software errors were corrected with the release of Progman 21.00.00 (Target data Status E060-06-03-510). (IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not perform software update on E64 (6 Series) with this software version)
1) The "Head unit is not programmed correctly" message is displayed in the CID. M-ASK equipped vehicles only.
2) The stored station list is intermittently empty on CCC equipped vehicles. However it is still possible to change stations using the steering wheel buttons.
3) CCC Navigation displays incorrect vehicle position. Refer to SI B84 10 05.
4) Evaporator ices up after a long drive. Refer to SI B64 04 05.
5) CCC: Audio switches off briefly for 5 seconds with RDS active. Refer to SI B65 26 05.
6) After programming the CCC with CIP 19.x or Progman 20.x it is not possible to store radio stations.

Happy guy, here my w 21 CIP.
My CJ system caused at all engine start -drawn battery message, also windows trap.
Now I have as of yesterday CIP 21 with all options installed and now no more messages, no tranny issues, DS is responsive- bute please note even before I had no problem- AS might be even lighter, precise I do not know, as before I had no probs. The Entertainment setting menu is slightly changed, now it says Surround settings the L7 logo is up there, before it said Logic 7 settings, I have all the radios, etc.
I do not know anymore as I am NOT the expert in this like Cobraday or others ... just wanted to share info.
Then I will go back for touch-up paint some nice keys, an idiot scratched but small my front left, and get the brakes painted with VHT. M5 trunk lid is a bit loose and made a small scracth on the bumper where they contact. Thx 4 all the info
