Default CID error

Well i have a question, could the CID cause my CCC to boot in french and have Bluetooth stop working until i restart the CCC or I just leave it alone then it just restarts by itself after a couple minutes and fixes itself. This seems to happen about once a week, and the only error code I get is CID malfunction. Is the CID in charge of anything else other then just being a screen, does it house some settings or language profiles? any help would be appreciated.

Hi

Yes , it can make all kinds of faulty codes , try and disconnect the Bluetooth modul ( ULF/TCU ) , but remeber to make a loop on the LVDS cabel ( optical fiber cabel ) at the LVDS connector by the modul ( if you have Logic7,TV modul ,HUD etc. you will loose the sound if you not make the loop )

I'll do that, i read up on it last night and i think your right. sounds a lot like my Bluetooth module is malfunctioning, i'm going to see if i can update it tonight and get a result, if that doens't work i'll go ahead and disconnect it. About the MOST loop, is there someway i can make a loop myself or am i going to go try and find a special tool?

Thank for the help
