In the UK, all new 6 cylinder and V8 E60s have the chrome grilles. Only exception is the 4 cylinder 520d.

 

It is my understanding that non-Sport models have chrome trim. "Shadowline" or "chrome shadowline" is included with the Sport package, and is the dark/black trim (i.e., not the silver chrome color) around the windows.
