40psi all round. Seemed to work quite well. It was a very hot day (for Scotland )

I presume that you have RFT, have you eventually tried with normal tyrepressure, and if so did you notice any differences?
In fact the sidewalls are stiffened, so I wonder if you?ll have felt any more sidestepping/sliding with higher pressure.
I?ve noticed on rough tarmac that high tyrepressure in tight corners gives more tendency for losing grip?

Nope, running Bridgestone Potenza S03s 245/35/19s non run flat.

Didn't change the pressure during the track day so can't comment on the difference. However, I feel the car is far better now with the increased pressure than it was when the tyres were fitted (I drove about 1000 miles with the factory recommended pressures)
