Default Check Engine/K+DCAN Cable for 2010 E60

Hey guys,

Last night I suddenly felt some vibration in my car while I was waiting for the green signal in traffic. The vibration continued and engine light came on. I was not aware what happened, so I pulled over, stopped the engine for about 5 minutes and started again. Engine light went off and car was smooth. Once I started driving I got the same issue about 10 minutes later.

I want to know which k+dcan cable and software you guys recommend for me to use on my car in order to diy fix it myself instead of paying alot of money to a shop.

I am receiving these codes currently at the moment:

Any help and/or tips is greatly appreciated.

2010 BMW 528XI (N52B30, 3.0L, Automatic Trans) (208604 miles)

You may have a vacuum leak. Check that out first.

Do a smoke test or the squirt soapy water method using a spray bottle.

Check for vacuum leaks before doing anything else.

No reason to replace anything before finding the issue. Only you know your car and the maintenance done on it. A smoke test is a good place to start then switching coils to see if the problem moves. After continue troubleshooting until you know all the parts that have failed. You never want to start buying and replacing things because you go broke troubleshooting that way.
