as title, i believe the charging points on the back of the centre consol are disabled or not connected. i normally dont use the the front ash try lighter as i have had the experience of breaking the clip of the errecting lighter in my previous car just because i inserted the charger a bit to hard or i would say that was the only way the charger connects to the charging point. so the question is why the above mentioned charging points are not active, is it a normal thing and you have to have it activated at the dealers or is there something wrong somewhere. thanks for the help

car has to be on for them to work. otherwise maybe you have a blown fuse.

Sounds like you have a problem. I use mine daily. Check your fuses, though that may be difficult!

but why both the charging points. do they both work on a single fuse ? any idea how to find the right fuse and replace it . i dont live that far from the dealer plus the car is still under warranty so is it worth let them sort it out ?

I would always go to dealer when car is under warranty. Could be something as simple as a fuse, but it could also be something more involved. Why make it your headache? Use your warranty while you still have it.
