Change oil in 2006 525i

My Ride: 2006 525i with nav and blue tooth , the wifes
and 1999 740il, my beast
Bought a $5 oil strap wrench from NAPPA store EVERCRAFT swivel filter wrench fits 2 7/8 to 3 1/4 Worked perfect to remove filter housing cap in order to remove and replace the filter...I used a MANN filter.
Then I drained the old oil and refilled with 6.9 quarts 100% synthetic Mobile1 o w 40 Then checked level inside car on computer .....a simple DIY.

it is very easy to change the oil.
But it only cost us in HK $19usd to change it if I bring the parts.
so I never change it myself in HK.

anyone know the model number for the mann filter? i have a 2006 525i. i just ordered mine from germanfilters but i think its too big..
