Don't know about these "packages" that various importers set independently for each country.
There are four general versions of the front seats for the E60: Comfort, sport and standard/regular. Sport and standard/regular seats share headrests, while the comfort seats have their own more padded headrests. These headrests may not be used on sport or regular seats - as goes for the sport/regular headrest which may not be fitted on a comfort seat.

My Ride: 535d Sport in Carbon Black / high gloss shadow line and beige leather / dark poplar with professional nav, bluetooth phone prep, CD changer, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, servotronic steering, folding mirrors, heated comfort seats, TV, extended voice control and Logic 7 hifi.
Even if you could mange to wedge them in 
you wouldn't have the switchgear or motors to control them, surely?

A plug and play solution is not doable. But if you are handy and creative... sure!!

P.S. No, I do not have the mod on my sports seat. I am NOT handy type of guy nor fo I feel like risking to destroy my brand new sports seat for some fancy wing on the headrest.

lol. neither am i! however they are very comfy. especially on long cruises/trips.

When we took delivery of our car, there was a car next to ours with normal seats and..............comfort headrests!
It came like this from the factory, so it CAN be done.
But the headrests don't look as nice then on comfortseats because the headrests were a little too big for the normal seats. Just my opinion...
