Leather dash
Indeed wicked.
But, AFAIK it isn't available for regular E60s... that would take away even more charm from the M5, wouldn't it?
Although with exclusive leather (yeah, I know, Euro option) you'll get the center console/armrest-part covered in leather.
Covering the dash with leather as a retrofit/after market thing could be possible.. but I suspect that you'd have to replace the entire dash in order to make it look good.
IMHO a leather covered dash isn't very practical. It would make the dash very susceptible to dirt and damages, whereas our rubber/plastic/whatever dash is quite robust.

I was considering getting it but I also thought it was possibly not such a practical idea on a dash the size of an e60, for cleaning / dryness reasons, despite loving the alcantara headliner
that and it's very expensive
