My Ride: 545I and a half dozen other rides
My Dell Streak is great, but it is a little big and a pain to remove from my pocket when it rings in the car.
It is also the greatest GPS navigation I have found so far too.
Problem is mounting something like this in the car.
Where are you guys and gals mounting your stuff?
I found this the KUDA mount site site and contemplating putting this in.

For those of you with smaller cell phones you may think about...
Show me what you got!

My Ride: 2010 535i M Sport 6MT
Model Year: 2010
I use a generic air vent cell phone mount like this one:

It fits a compact navigation unit or my iPhone. I can also rotate the bracket to suit my iPhone display (portrait / landscape). It has a non-slip bracket with a one-touch quick release. This particular manufacturer, Arkon, also allows the air vent mount to be swapped out for a suction cup mount, if one chooses to mount the bracket on glass.

Yep, we don't have the Nav on our, but I have two portable Nav's (I like the Garmin Nuvi' widescreen the best). I like the way this is mounted, altough I can't see what it's connected to. I knew there had to be somewhere better to adhere it, than the windshield.
As for the phone, we have one built in, but I've never really tried to make it work. My Acura was synched to my cell via blue tooth- I'm not sure how to connect this phone to the Bimmer, but blue tooth certainly isn't the way. I quit trying after that failed, but as I drive along, I see the signal strength meter rising and falling- so I know it sees something.
