CD Player Clicking Noise

My cd player makes a loud clicking noise and sometimes will not play cd. I'm sure its bad but the car only has 38000 miles on it. Let me know if anyone else has had this issue.

My CD player seems fine but my DVD player for the sat-nav makes that same noise, which is really annoying 
Is it meant to make this noise, or do I need to book an appointmeant at the dealers

Model Year: 2011
Like Flyingpuck, mine to did this and was replaced. Don't wiat, get it done under warranty as I recall the service order indicating that they replaced my M-ASK unit for the repair. That is one of the main computer systems in the car, not cheap...
