#2 and #3 from top are pushed in.

I just bought this from a member on the forum and went to install the changer today and the cartridge will not come out. When I looked closely I noticed that the cartidges that are visible from the clear screen, the 2nd and 3rd one from the top are both pressed in.

Any advice on what I can do? Is there a way to manually eject the cd magazine?

Thanks for checking in. Do you know if there is a way for me to test the eject function once the jammed magazine is removed?

I don't want to have to pay the dealer to program the idrive, only to find out that I have a bad unit?

I just went outside right now to see what would happen if I grab hold of the magazine really good and pulled it out with a cd still in there...

Guess what?

It came out.

The one CD was still in the changer so I just pull the CDs out of the magazine, leaving the sleeves in, and re insert. Then push the eject button.
