I've had the same 6 cds loaded in the changer now for a week or so. Today i was listening to one of the discs, and all of a sudden, it quit playing. I went to change the track on the i drive screen, and I couldn't. I flipped it over to FM, and was going to flip it back over to CD...but CD wasn't in bold anymore. I pulled over and tried to eject the cartridge out of the changer, but it wouldn't eject.
Anyone run into this problem before? Is there a way to manually eject the cartridge...or is it dealer time?

I have the same problem. The CD cartridge in the glove box won't eject and wont play. Tried pressing the buttons but nothing . I can only play the one CD in the dashboard. Any ideas?

Just posted same thread about 1 week ago. I had same problem. It works ok now. I held in the eject button while grasping the cartridge and shifted it up/down, left/right until it came out. I carefully examined the plastic CD holders and did not notice any mal-alignment. I carefully put the cartridge back in, I could hear the changer cycling through the cds but it would still not play. I hit eject button and cartridge ejected normally. I let the car sleep over night. The next day I put the cartridge back in and it works fine. Hope this helps. Let us know how this turns out.

I had this problem last month and took it in to the dealer. They claimed I had one CD mis-aligned and they fixed free of charge as a "courtesy to a valued customer"...well that is what it said on the invoice
