Good luck today collecting yours Palmo... I have to say last night I took the family into the New Samsi (Japanese resturant) in Manchester, on the way back out towards St Helens I noticed i'd crept over the 1000mls, having achieved that milestone i opened the 'beastie' up a little, i can confirm the 'beastie' has legs and corners beautifully... my wife on one occasion noted the 'slow down' sign approaching the long sweeping entry road for the M6, I ignored both the sign and my wife, kept the foot in and well ............. you'll see for yourself as the weeks pass and your e60 loosens up.
I am going to take extra notice of the paintwork, checking for poor cleaning & valeting!

HGSL Update
I've had to make yet another call to the dealer today to chase the issue of no HGSL on my car, positive result being my sales person came back to me a short time ago with the news that he has been authorised to go ahead and order the trim, this is going to be a double edged sword i'm thinking, sure the trim is on order, will they fit it properly, will there be any long term consiquence ie wind noise, bad fit..... well we shall see in time, not sure when trim will arrive but i can see me in a loaner for a couple of days.
I'll post images when the job is done.
