Default Car started to shake

My car started to make a rough noise when I am waiting at a light or stopping without putting it to park, I can see the needle of the rpm dropping for a second then it moves up 20 seconds later does it again I Just changed the spark plugs, cabin filters and added a 12 oz.Techron fuel injector cleaner Didn't notice any difference. It is 2008, 528i and have 99,900 miles. Does it needs a fuel injection cleaner job? What do you think should I do? Please advise.
Thanks

Sounds like what would happen with a bad/failing DISA. But I don't know if your car has it or if it's changed a bit.

Thank you for the info.
Does my 08, 528i has a DISA? if it does can someone post an image for me please?
I been reading for hours about the rough iddleling on all series from 2 years ago post, but no one seems to find a solution except one metioned that dealer changed the fuel injectors and that solve his problem.
Does any one has a video or instructions of DIY for fuel injectors? Please advise.
Thank you.

you have a 2008 528i? Start with spark plugs and test the coils. $35 x 6 = $210 for 6 plugs and 6 coils. But it may not need all 6 coils. Good to have on hand. At least you can test. Go to Advanced Auto and pick them up.

#2 is the DISA. But I do not see it listed in the parts section for some reason. Physically inspect your car to see if it's there. It's been a while but I worked on a friend's 328i 2008 which is pretty much the exact engine. So i'm tell you, the above is definitely a place to start. If you want, pick up a few coils and 6 plugs and you're all set. You may not need the coils but good to have on hand to test with. If you don't need and plugs resolves the issue, then just return.

Thank you for all your help.
I did replaced the spark plugs 10 days ago, napa didn't have the oem but gave me another ones for about $7 each, didn't noticed any change, early this week replaced the engine filter and both cabin filters on Monday put a 12oz techron fuel injector cleaner not change yet and yesterday took a part the throtle and another two pin bythe front between the radiator an the engine do not remember their name someone else recomended to clean them too, so I did it. I was going to post some images of the parts I removed but do not know how to upload them is asking me for the URL of the images didn't know what to do. Any ways thaks for stiking with me.
