Whats up brothas i have a 05 530i m54 engine car has 150,xxx out of nowhere when I'm at a red-light and i try to accelerate fast the whole car starts to vibrate really bad feels like its going to stall. i let go of the pedal and accelerate again it goes away happens from time to time but happens very often only when the car is stopped and I'm taking off any suggestions feels like the rear vibrates the most i have 20inch wheels and 10mm spacers if that helps but i don't really think its the spacers car does have the transmission bump from 1st to 2nd pan and everything was replaced

I have the same issue, only going from a stop with hard acceleration feels like your loosing traction but I dont think it's that. Anyone help?

I just replaced my solenoids, got rid of the surge/rev up down during gears, but my first to second is a bump too

edit* i haven't noticed it since the solenoid swap since I haven't given it a hit and the swap was done today lol

Definitely a Trans/Converter issue.

If your trans has already been gone through and had a fluid/filter change, I would just baby it until you get going until you're ready for a new trans or pull it to have it rebuilt.

My car had the same issue, but I noticed the pan was leaking so I figured it was low on fluid. Pan/Filter/Fluid change and it drives perfect. That doesnt seem to be the case with either of your cars.
