So what your saying is if they did a smoke test in the beginning you would of had your car back in a couple days. It's always those plastics or hoses that causes those issues. Thank them for waisting your time when you go pick it up.

That's basically a vacuum leak, and @seanjordan20 said they needed to check for that way back in post #7.

The part posted is for a N52 which is integrated into the valve cover. You should not have that setup. The kit I posted is exactly what was needed to fix your issue.

Don't have them fix it, unless they're planning to do it for FREE. Take it to any indy mechanic who will do it for 1/3 the price, most likely. Those guys were messing with your mind from day one, and now trying to make themselves look like heroes. That should have been the very first thing they checked, without reading codes even.

So yeah, I replaced that CCV cap on the valve cover. Still f*cked. Would completely resetting the learning system or whatever would fix it. Cause I’m still getting a bad vacuum even when lifting oil cap up. It’s weird cause they replaced all the hoses and stuff. Wouldn’t be an intake manifold leak when re I stalling? It’s very frustrating. Car now stalls when I try to turn it on. Need to use spray in intake to get it run I guess smoother. Doesn’t really improve after driving for a bit. Very depressing.

Did you do a smoke test? Do not spend any more until then? You can reset the system but I doubt it will help since you have "suction" still

Hold on I just read what you said. Did you replace the cap or the whole VC? I have had success doing both but if not done right you will still have issues. Make sure you don't have a leak somewhere else. You can do a smoke test with a cigar and tubing or make a machine with a paint can if you don't have one already.

So I replaced that cv cap on the valve cover all good to go. I sprayed fuel near and around it al no vacuum leaks or change in engine running. Because when I put more fuel in intake it runs good. BMW replaced PCV kit. I should try smoke test I guess /:

I can barely understand what you're trying to say. I think what you are saying is it has something to do with fuel delivery (pump or injectors). To check that out take the pump relay out and start the car by stater fluid or fuel and see if it cuts off just as fast.
