Car shake on cold start

Car shake on cold start
When I start the car on the morning it doesn't start smooth, and the car shakes a bit but not much but its noticable, but only on the first cold start but later its ok and starts smooth, when I accelerate hardly I get a smell like something is burning from the air vents, and I noticed that inside my hood needs a to be cleaned could that be the reason.

Car shake on cold start
