It it a continous jerk or just like a slam, as if someone hit you from behind or a feeling of going into a pot hole?

How many miles on the car? How long has this been happening? Do you have a manual or automatic transmission?

What if you were to drive the car and shift manually? Keep it in second or third gear when you get to 40 to 45 mph to see if it still occurs. It might be transmission related.
I would bring it to the dealer since you are still under warranty.

I took mine in to the dealer last week for an oil change and I mentioned a similar occurance (although I only noticed it twice at the speed you mentioned) and rough idle when cold. I also felt the car jerk when pulling away from a stationary. After a week I haven't noticed any problems recurring. Apart from the idle they seemed to think it was the transmission software. Make use of the warranty!
