Car going in shop Monday

for:
1. 10,000 oil change
2. steering wheel does not go up when I turn off the car anymore
3. rear seat center console does not go down
4. all 4 windows for creaking
5. rotate tires
6. AM stations on the radio is always static
7. driver side window has a mind of its own, goes down by itself when I do the one touch up button it goes back down again
8. Car wash
I think that's it?
