still didnt get it reinspected... anyone in NYC can tell me where they get theres e60 inspected?

 

Ok if you already tried the snap on modus scanner and it still does not read then its your vehicle. The snap on scanner is equip to read CAN cars and it will tell you if it is a CAN car. As far as with the smog equipment some shops do have the new updated machine that is able to read the CAN car too. If you are still have trouble double check with your car fuse.
