Hi there
New guy here - just joined and looking for a little help:-
I've a 2004 530iSE Auto and, although the previous owned spent a fortune on accessories, he did not have SAT NAV installed. I have an iPAQ based nav system and the GPS receiver is a wired-mouse type.
Now, rather than have cable trailing all over the top of the dashboard, I want to route the cable behind the dash and have it terminating by the cigar lighter in the centre console.
I've just lifted the "speaker grill", or whatever it is in the top-centre of the dash but I've failed to find a route down to run the cable.
Any ideas how I can run the cable? Or possible alternative ideas for siting the mouse-style GPS receiver?
Thanks in advance
Mart
