You have two options.
1. Buy a belt remover tool and turn crank with a socket wrench
2. Have someone help and as you are turning the crank slip the belt off.
Both way are easy but the second save you $$

Most make a tool...do a couple of searches and you will see examples of homemade tools. I made a tool from hose clamps purchased from Harbor Freight. Worked ok, but still a PITA. Ultimately, I elected to install a tensioner pulley. Now it is a piece of cake to remove/install the belt.

There's a problem, the bolt on the pulley does not rotate, but the small four screws
