Okay, I am leaving to go to the airport. All these comments are making me a little nervous. It is still under warranty. It is a 2005 sport with 22,000 and the price is $25,000, all the options. Hope I am making the right decision.

That is a good price. I just bought an '05 545i for about $30K, but it never has been in an accident and it is CPO through 08/2011. Good luck.
What does Carfax tells you about the accident - any specifics?

Good luck, did you check what extra features it has such as Active Steering, Sat Nav widescreen with TV, heated seats, electric rear blind, comfort seats, etc?

Sounds like a good deal.
Just do your home work on it. I'd for sure ask to see a service history record and ask the owner about the accident. Chances are it was repaired through the BMW dealership so if the two of you swing by there chances are you can get all your answers.

Head the advice of others here. Try to ascertain exactly WHAT damage was done in the accident. Carfax will report an accident, even if it was a rear-ender that damaged the tailights and trunk (which would be relatively minor in most cars, but fairly pricy in these). Such a case would be a steal at that price. If there was significant frontal damage requiring frame work and such, then buyer beware. Good luck!

My reply is a little late since you are already on your way, but as someone else mentioned. The market is very soft especially for V8+ cars/trucks/SUVs. I would avoid a BMW (or any car) that was in an accident. There will inevitably be annoying creaks and rattles and that, although annoying, may be the least of your concerns. There are LOTS of perfectly clean low mileage 535s, 545s, and 550s on the market. I would keep shopping, but again, my reply is a bit late.
Good luck.
Good luck.
