Pdc's, have you checked to see if you have the mounting brackets on your new bumper and that the size of the holes are correct? That's very important as I am sure these bumpers do not come with the brackets. So, you will need to purchase new ones or remove your old ones and reuse. They can be a PITA to mount because of the bumper material is not so friendly for adhering them. I've heard of an actual bmw kit that includes what you need. Maybe check with your dealer.

There is a good DIY but you need to search. It's a right hand drive car but still works. I used it and it was very helpful. Things to consider on purchasing if your doing this when your dealer is closed. Most likely you will break a few of your rocker panel clips so having a some on hand would be nice. You will also need to trim the front styro crash pad other wise it will pull you bumper down and goof up your gaps. When fitting the front bumper LCI models to the wing brackets on either side you might have to trim some material from the bumper where it engages the brackets. I had to on mine to pull the wings in flush. Lastly, you will need to remove the lower rear battery cover. This will need to be trimmed before re-installing. It's straight forward. Consider purchasing the three brackets for the rear left, right and center. The ones on the car are now not long enough and to secure the rear bumper lower wings correctly you will need them them. You can do as some and use the old brackets and zip ties. If you do neither, you rear bumper wings will flap.

If you look around post #9 you should see a PDF you can download that might assist you a little.
