Brought home my first BMW, 545i, initial thoughts

My Ride: 2005 BMW 545i, Titanium Silver. Bridgestone 760s on Weds Bavaria II 18" wheels, standard sport pack size. Sport, AT. Latest job - NGK Iridium IX plugs installed.

Congrats and welcome. If your roads are slightly crowned, you will notice that the steering wheel is not completely straight. I've noticed this on our 325 as well as the 545. This may or may not be your problem.

active steering is a different beast. the alignment can be spot on and the wheel can be off center, even pulling in to your garage. a reset should take care of it. took care of mine, which was just off to the left.
