Break Fluid

2 years is totally adequate if you are not tracking your car or doing any heavy braking aside from normal driving.

You would think with the modern fluids that they are using, you could go a lot longer than 2 years. I don't think brake fluid flushes were ever really recomended until sometime into the 1990's. How is it that older cars went for so long with inferior brakes and fluid?

Your memory is just not as good as it used to be, Plus with todays anti-lock brakes, valves and such, it's more important.

And yes you can go longer...

It is just not recommended.
