braking problem

They should go and do a test drive with you regardless, they shouldn't brush you off like that and you shouldn't walk away either. Which country are you from?

I think the problem is brake related since you say your brake squakes, if one brake is stopping faster than the other than it could throw your car in a different direction. If it is a tire problem than the car should act like that even when you are not braking.

Take your car back after making sure your tires are inflated to BMW's recommendations. If the front, on the side the incident occurred, is quite low in comparion to the front on the other side, then go back to the spot where the problem occurred and (carefully) see if it still occurs after filling all the tires as suggested. I would go back to the dealer and insist they they check things our regardless. There is no point in making a scene unless you want to be disrespectful to yourself. Just point out obvious things--they are obligated to check; you will sue them if you have a wreck; you will report them to BMW; you will report them to the where-ever-you-are version of the BBB; you will ..., ..., ..., etc.
