Dont use stop gunk or pad glue.. Anti-seize and auto marine grease. I personally always anti-seize all metal to metal contact where the pad mounts and slides, the backing plate all get anti-seize, the caliper guide pins get some auto marine synthetic grease. And not one squeak and I run stock pads on my M5 setup and even on my stock setup..
Shoot some brake cleaner on the disc and close to pad in the morning or when cool and see if that helps

But I like the ceramic pads for the street because I hate the dusting of the wheels.
I agree...

The reason for the squeaking is the brake pad sensor cable vibrating somewhere on the caliper - it's actually a design fault. If you disconnect the cable and tie it up in the footwell, it should get rid of the squeak - Though obviously keep an eye on your pad thickness every so often as you won't get a warning

Update: I've driven only about 100 miles after re-doing my brakes with BG Stop squeal and heard no squeaks whatsoever. I almost always hear it backing out of my garage too. But like I said in my previous post I never heard a thing until about 500 miles after bedding. With my oem pads I never heard a thing. I'm crossing my fingers that the squeak doesn't come back. Unfortunately, I've been driving the suv these past few days running random errands but I'll continue to provide updates as soon as I can.
Btw...I left the pad sensors as-is in its original state. If the squeak returns I'm gonna have to try the marine grease and anti-seize method.

I have an 2008 e60 and the break squeaks every morning when it cold or wet outside, this only happen in the winter, I brought it to the dealer 4 times and they keep cleaning the brake and said it's allset. It never did, the squeaks went away only after I stump on the break a few times or it goes away on it owns after a few miles.

Update: So it has been approximately 700 miles since my re-do with BG stop squeal and the squeak has returned. However, it's no where as bad as it was before (for now). When I go in reverse it squeaks when I stop. When I place the car in drive it squeaks. Fortunately, I can now creep forward without it sounding like a trumpet. It has improved greatly but it's not perfect. I may have to learn to live with it....
